Chief Executive Officer

Nyle Leftwich

Nyle grew up in East Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University. After graduating in 2000, Nyle joined ReliaStar Life Insurance Company as a group sales representative. In 2003 he went to AIG to take over the South Central Division of their Medical Excess unit. After two years at AIG Nyle moved to Boon-Chapman to lead sales. He completed a TPA acquisition and integration in 2006 and then moved to Austin to take over as COO in 2008. Nyle Cofounded Soluta with his friend and boss Kevin Chapman in 2010. He was named CEO of both companies in 2018 and continues to serve in that role today. Nyle and his wife Michelle have four kids and live in Liberty Hill, Texas.

Chief Revenue Officer

Bob Reiff

Bob serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Soluta, leading the team in accelerating revenue growth and strategic partnerships. He brings over 30 years’ experience in the group insurance industry. Prior to joining Soluta, Bob served as the Senior Vice President of Group Protection Distribution where he led the Distribution channel for business, including Sales, Account Management, Broker and Consultant Relations, and Distribution Operations and Strategy. His decades long career in the insurance industry has resulted in deep expertise in sales, sales leadership, field service, marketing, and relationship management. Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and children in St. Louis, MO.

Chief Financial Officer

Matt Durham

Matt Durham has worked for Boon-Chapman and Soluta since 2008 after graduating from Austin College with honors. During his 14 years with the company, he has taken on a wide range of responsibilities and challenges, including contributing to the development process of the Insight platform. Matt became CFO in 2015, and currently leads the company’s financial strategy, forecasting and financial reporting.

Chief Technology Officer

Casey Clinkenbeard

Casey is a seasoned technology and product leader with over 20 years of experience building and leading teams in the software industry. Before joining as CTO of Soluta, Casey was SVP, Product Development at Fourth where he led a global product management team focused on delivering intuitive, fast, and productive applications for the hospitality industry. Beyond scaling the workforce solution from 0 to 2 million users in the US alone, his team also produced the highest rated paid app in the app store several years in a row.

Chief of Staff

Brendan Callaghan

Brendan attended Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business, where he graduated with honors and earned a degree in finance. After graduation, Brendan started his career at Robert W. Baird, a global investment bank, where he served as an analyst and
associate in the Technology & Services vertical. Brendan then joined The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm, where he was an associate on the investment team that acquired Soluta and Boon Chapman in 2021. In 2022, Brendan joined Soluta as Chief of Staff, serving as a key advisor to Nyle Leftwich and overseeing key strategic initiatives. Brendan is known for his exceptional analytical and leadership skills, commitment to achieving results, and ability to work collaboratively with others. Brendan lives in Austin, TX, with his wife.

Executive Vice President, Digital Transformation

Josh Rynearson

Waco-native Josh Rynearson moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas, where he graduated early and with a double major. Upon joining in 2010, Josh quickly moved through the ranks into various leadership roles, overseeing a wide range of operational and technical areas, eventually serving as CIO for many years. Josh’s greatest strength is in understanding operational processes and data flow, and the ability to leverage that knowledge to create process efficiencies and innovative solutions to complex problems through technology. With that, Josh led the design and development of the Insight platform from the ground up. In 2021, after a decade of wearing many hats, Josh moved into the EVP role to focus his attention on his passion, the further development of our products.

Vice President, Account Services

Christie Neumann

Christie Neumann was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and came to Boon-Chapman & Soluta in September 2011. Christie has held many roles within multiple departments at the company and started from the ground floor. Her love of service, ability to implement operational efficiencies and her passion for leadership catapulted her into her current role. Christie and her husband, Chris, are recently empty nesters and enjoy spending their time with family and friends.

Sales Executive, Partner Sales

Igor Riera

Born & raised in Barcelona, Spain, Igor moved to Texas in his teenage years and attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he focused his studies on computer engineering & economics. He began his professional career in Oil & Gas, overseeing the systems integration of multiple manufacturing facilities located in Texas and Colombia. In 2015, Igor transitioned to Soluta, where he initially worked in operations and product development, helping build the early foundations of the API integration tools and processes for Insight. He is now leading the Partner Sales Channel, and focuses on turning complex concepts into valuable information for current and future clients. When he’s not focused on driving Soluta forward, Igor enjoys playing soccer, practicing yoga, reading, and enjoying time with his close friends.

Neil Simmons

Neil Simmons joined Soluta in 2018, after working for 13 years in the IT and business solutions industry. A graduate from the University of Texas, Neil brings a wide variety of experiences to the Soluta team, and has spent the last few years focused on some of the more complex accounting and financial features of the Insight platform, as well as our customer and client facing applications.
